The Center's weight & cardio room has a full complement of free weights and weight machines along with a variety of cardio equipment, with each piece having an individual TV monitor so you can keep up with your favorite show while you are staying fit. We also have a run/walking track that surrounds the weight room and extends into and around our gymnasium for those members wanting a place to run or walk when the weather outside does not allow for that.
The Center offers a wide range of fitness classes. Check out our new 2012 Spring Fitness Classes to see what we offer throughout the Spring. We are also looking for members who would like to be a substitute instructor or instruct a class of their own. Please contact the activities director at 308-254-7000

Tera Schmid-Segelke, Personal Trainer - Tera is a graduate of Chadron State College and has her Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Fitness. She will be available to assist you with any questions you might have on the operation of our equipment and to set up that individual program for the winter months. Andi Ambur, Fitness Director & Personal Trainer - Andi is a certified Level 1 CrossFit Instructor and is also certified in CrossFit Nutrition. Andi currently does personal training sessions, diet/nutrition consultation and CrossFit classes. If you would like help getting started with a fitness program, she can show you around The Center and get you familiar with the equipment or discuss individual training or group classes.
